The attached spreadsheets are made available online to provide self-employed individuals with a user-friendly means to accumulate their business income and expense information for the year.
Simply download the appropriate spreadsheet file, open it and begin to enter your data into the applicable rows and columns on the various tabs provided, as they apply to your circumstances. As you enter your information (from your receipts, payments, etc.), the worksheet automatically accumulates your raw data into useful, usable and informative summaries.
When you've completed your data entry and checked your work for completeness and accuracy, simply attach your saved file to an e-mail and send it to me. I will use this data to prepare year-end financial reports and other tax requirements.
Any use of this file presumes your ability to enter data completely and accurately onto a spreadsheet. If you require assistance from us to use this tool, you are welcome to contact us by phone or e-mail. However, our services will be charged to your account at $100 / hour for any such assistance, with a minimum one-hour charge per call.
